Belly Dancing Basics: Wednesday from 6pm-7pm
Belly dancing is a fun way to exercise while improving grace, flexibility, and strength. Starting with basic walks, the class will move on to drills for developing strong hips, fluid arm movements, and good balance.

Beyond Basics: Wednesdays from 7pm-8pm
For women with some previous belly dance experience, this class will begin with a review of basic movements, which we will build on in the following weeks. Bring your dancing to the next level with exercises to improve fluidity, grace, and balance, as well as increase your repertoire of steps.

**Immediately following my 7pm class there will be a Middle Eastern Drumming class with Joe Tayoun. Joe is an incredible drummer and great teacher. I highly recommend his classes. You can register through the Haverfod Adult School: www.haverfordadultschool.org 

A Feast for the Senses at Casablanca Restaurant:

Another event through the Haverford Township Adult school. This is a great opportunity to learn about Middle Eastern food, music and dance. I will bring instruments and props to explore while we enjoy an incredible feast. From the Haverford Township Adult School Brochure:
